Welcome to Singularity Club. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at singularityclub.tech and any related content, features, applications, communications, and services provided through it (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About Singularity Club

Singularity Club provides digital tools, informational content, lifestyle recommendations, analytics, concierge-style coordination, and related services intended to support personal wellbeing, self-optimization, organization, and informed decision-making.

The Services are offered for general informational and educational purposes only.

If you create an account or otherwise receive access credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it when necessary.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with, disrupt, damage, or compromise the Services or related systems;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law or with our written consent;
  • use the Services to upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive material;

10. User Content

If you submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any files, data, text, images, comments, or other materials through the Services (“User Content”), you represent that you have all rights necessary to do so.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Singularity Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and use that User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, support, and provide the Services to you, and to comply with law.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Singularity Club disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singularity Club and its founders, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Singularity Club for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Singularity Club for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Singularity Club and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Services;
  • your User Content;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:

  • you have violated these Terms;
  • your use creates legal, technical, or safety risk;
  • suspension or termination is necessary to protect the Services, other users, or Singularity Club.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the updated Terms on the website and update the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operator of Singularity Club is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in that place, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
