Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Singularity Club collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes personal data in connection with singularityclub.tech and the related services, content, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Singularity Club is the operator of singularityclub.tech and the provider of the Services described on the website.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your personal data is handled, you may contact Singularity Club through the contact details provided on the website.
2. Important Notice
Singularity Club may process sensitive or health-related information that you choose to provide, upload, connect, or discuss through the Services.
We take reasonable steps designed to protect personal data. However:
- we do not promise “zero-knowledge” architecture;
- we do not promise that data transmission, storage, or processing is completely immune from risk;
- you are responsible for your decision to submit data, connect devices, upload files, or authorize third-party integrations.
If you do not want certain information processed, please do not submit it to the Services.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly
- your name, email address, phone number, and contact details;
- account details and preferences;
- information you submit through forms, questionnaires, chat, email, or other communications;
- files and materials you upload, such as genomic files, lab results, reports, images, notes, or other records;
- information related to your goals, habits, routines, wellbeing, appearance, relationships, productivity, mindfulness, and other topics you choose to discuss.
Information from devices, integrations, and third parties
- data from wearables, apps, connected services, laboratories, calendars, or other integrations that you choose to connect;
- device, browser, log, and technical usage data;
- cookie-related and analytics data, where applicable.
Sensitive information Some information you provide may qualify as sensitive personal data under applicable law, including health-related information. We only process such information where permitted by law and, where required, based on your consent or another lawful basis.
Singu iOS app: Apple Health, location, calendar and Screen Time
These integrations are optional, and each one is off until you turn it on in the app.
- *Apple Health.* If you connect Apple Health, the app reads only the Health categories you authorize in iOS, and syncs them to your Singularity Club account as private context for your companion. These categories can include activity, body measurements, vitals, sleep and sleep stages, workouts, symptoms, cycle tracking, heart notifications and ECG results, mood and mindfulness, hearing, nutrition and medications. You can change the categories at any time in the Health app. We do not use Health data for advertising or marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with data brokers. The only third parties that process it are the service providers described in section 7, including our AI model provider, OpenAI. Health data is not stored in iCloud.
- *Location.* If you connect Location, the app shares your location at the precision you choose — approximate (about 1 km) or precise (about 100 m) — together with your city, region, country and time zone. You choose whether it updates only while the app is open, or also in the background using low-power visit detection. We keep only your most recent place. It is used to time reminders and tailor your companion's advice to where you are.
- *Calendar.* If you connect Calendar, the app reads the calendars on your iPhone that you choose (for example iCloud, Outlook/Exchange or Google) and syncs a window of about two weeks: each event's title, time, whether it is all-day, its status, your own response and the calendar's name. Attendees, notes and event locations stay on your phone. If you turn on Birthdays, the names and birthdays in the Birthdays calendar (which iOS builds from your Contacts) are shared too, so your companion can remind you. Your companion sees these events together with any Google calendar you connected to Singularity Club, so it can plan around your schedule. Only the latest window is kept; disconnecting deletes it.
- *Screen Time.* If you connect Screen Time, you group apps and categories using Apple's picker. Apple does not share app names or exact usage with us. The app only records, per group, that daily use reached a threshold, and syncs "at least N minutes per day" to your account so your companion can help you manage your device use.
You can disconnect any of these integrations in the app (Integrations) and revoke the underlying permission in iOS Settings at any time. Disconnecting stops collection; deleting your account erases the data we hold.
AI companion Your companion is an AI assistant. To answer you, it processes the information you provide and the context you choose to share — including Health, location and device-usage data. That processing uses AI models from a third-party provider, OpenAI, which acts as our service provider. Only the information needed to produce the companion's response is sent to it, under a zero data retention agreement: OpenAI does not store your data after producing a response and does not use it to train its models.

12. Children
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children without appropriate authorization where required by law.
13. Cookies and Analytics
